Let's get in shape!

Items up for discussion:
  1. How much do we really have to exercise to lose weight? Isn't 4-5 times a week enough?
  2. Do I have to give up everything I love? It's hard to stop eating!!
  3. What things have you tried and been successful at? Share your secrets, please!!
  4. Anything we can do at home that will help? I've been told to eat 3 hours before bedtime, and I know all the rules about eating only whole wheat, lots of fruits and veggies, etc., but what else should I do? I think I just eat too much!

This is about health, not just obsession with the Barbie body that is unattainable. I want to have the energy and fitness level to keep up with my kids in my 40s, 50s....
